For MuttonBoil mutton with ginger, garlic,green chillies, salt, tsp chinese salt , red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric and color. Keep the water of mutton. |

For GravyHeat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Cook till it turns pink. Then add all garam masalas and cook for 2 minutes. Now add boiled mutton with its stew and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add roasted gram flour and cover and cook till oil seperates. |
