3 big Chopped onion
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
As per taste Green chilly paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1.5 tsp Coriander powder
0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
Pinch Red colour
2 tbsp Gram flour
As per taste Salt
0.5 cup Oil
Cloves
Cardamom
Pepper
Cumin
For Garnish
French fries
2 Boiled eggs
Coriander leaves

Afghani Mutton is a delightful, well balanced and flavorful stew. The mutton is cooked and seasoned with simple spices to create an aromatic and tasty Gravy.

For Mutton

Boil mutton with ginger, garlic,green chillies, salt, tsp chinese salt , red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric and color. Keep the water of mutton.

For Gravy

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Cook till it turns pink. Then add all garam masalas and cook for 2 minutes. Now add boiled mutton with its stew and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add roasted gram flour and cover and cook till oil seperates.

Garnish

Garnish with french fries, boiled eggs and coriander.
