400 grams Jaggery

0.5 cup Wheat flour

0.25 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Fennel seeds

1 tsp Khus khus

2 tbsp Coconut

12 pieces in halfs Dry cherry
Directions
Rajab lot is an Indian version of Sponge cake especially made during the Islamic month of Rajab.

Soak jaggery with 3 cup water, wheat soji, jaggery, oil, wheat flour and baking soda. Keep the batter for atleast 4 hours. If you find the batter too thick add some water into it. |

Take a baking tray greeze it with ghee and pour the batter. Garnish it with fennel seeds , khus khus and Coconut. |

Let it cool down and cut into square pieces. |
