Reshmi Prawns has it’s roots from the Mughlai cuisine. It is commonly not prepared in the house holds due to absence of Charcoal.
The marinade used to make these Prawns is unique. This leads to great taste, soft and tender chunks of BBQ Reshmi Prawns.

Take a muslin cloth pour the yogurt into it let the water drain off. Use the thick yogurt left in the cloth for marination. |

• In a bowl, marinate prawns with yogurt chopped red Chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, ginger garlic. Leave it for half an hour. |

Now put the prawns in BBQ stick. And BBQ it on Sigdi. |
