1 cup Black cheakpeas
1 medium Finely chopped onion
1 big Finely chopped tomatoes
1 Green chillies chopped
1 tsp Peprika powder
1 tsp Chat masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
0.5 tsp Black salt
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Oil
Some chopped coriander leaves

Chana Chaat is a healthy and delicious snack. I am using Black chana for this recipe. Black chana looks like chickpeas, but brown in color. This is a delightfully sweet and tangy snack. Channa Chaat will also make a very enjoyable lunch box meal.

Soak the dry chickpeas over night. Once they are Soaked drain the water.
In pressure cooker add the Soaked chickpeas with enough water.

Pressure cook for 6_7 minutes or till the chickpeas arr cooked well.
When the pressure cooker cool down, drain the cooked chickpeas.

Heat oil in a pan fry chickpeas well add off the gas mix all powder masala and lime juice n toss well garnish with onion tomatoes n coriander leaves.
