Burnt Chilly Rice – Indo Chinese recipe
Basically a dish prepared from boiled rice, chicken garlic and seasoning ingredient s in a wok or frying pan. It is very similar to the popular fried rice and is typically served for lunch or dinner with indo chinese cuisine. ♥

RiceBoil the rice with salt and 1tbsp vinegar. Drain the water and keep the rice aside. |

Boiled chicken and EggTake a pan add 0.5 tsp oil then add boiled and shredded chicken, add salt and pepper. Keep the chicken aside. |

GravyIn the same pan add the remaining oil, add chopped garlic and 3 kashmiri chillies, let it crackle. Then add onion in it saute it till golden brown. Now add the sauces to the pan. Mix them well. Then add pepper powder and chilly flakes and chicken cube. Lastly add the boil rice, chicken and Egg, mix them all well. |
