Cut chicken into even size pieces and marinate with half quantity of ginger paste and garlic paste. Also add salt, green chilly paste and 1tsp red chilly powder. Keep the marinade for an hour. |

In a bowl mix yogurt , turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. |

In a pan heat oil and ghee. Add onion paste, when it turns brown add remaining ginger, garlic paste. Saute for a while and add tomato puree and cook till oil separates. Now add the mixed yogurt and masalas. Cook for sometime. Add the marinated chicken and water. And cook till chicken is tender. |

In another pan heat cream, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies slit and kasoori methi. Add this in chicken and mix well. |
