300 grams Boneless chicken
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Green chilli paste
1/2 tbsp Red chilly sauce
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
1 tsp Paprika powder
3 Potatoes
Green chutney
Mayonnaise
Cheese
Butter
As per taste Salt
Pinch Red colour

For making patties

Boil the chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, red colour, red chilly sauce, tandoori masala and paprika.

Boil the potatoes and mash it.

Mix potatoes and boiled chicken and form them into round patties.

Mix cornflour with water and make cornflour paste.

Dip the patties in cornflour paste and shallow fry it.

For Making chapati

Make a soft dough by mixing maida, salt, water. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes and then make chapati as you normally do.

Heat up the frying pan and half cooked

Method for Green chutney

Make a smooth mixture by mixing mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, green chillies, lemon and salt.

Take mayonnaise and green chutney and spread on chapati.

Keep the patties in the center of chapati

Sprinkle some oniom slices and cheese on the top of frankie and fold from sides.

Hold it with help of a toothpick or stick.

Heat a little butter in a frying pan and fry all sides of frankie.
