Ingredients

250 grams Boneless chicken
5 medium Potatoes
0.5tsp Chopped garlic
0.5 tsp Chopped ginger
1 tsp Chopped chilles
2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Green chilly sauce
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
To taste Salt
1 big Chopped Onion
2 tbsp Spring onion
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
For Coating
As required Egg
As required Bread crumbs

Done

Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt.
Boil potatoes with salt.
Let them cool down

Shred the chicken and mash the potatoes. In a bowl add all the ingredients except spring onion and mix them well.

Take a pan add oil now add spring onion saute for just 30 seconds and add to the mixture.

Make patties from the mixture.
Whisk the egg, first put the patties in the egg and then coat with Bread crumbs.

Deep fry it.
