Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt. |

Shred the chicken and mash the potatoes. In a bowl add all the ingredients except spring onion and mix them well. Take a pan add oil now add spring onion saute for just 30 seconds and add to the mixture. |

Make patties from the mixture. Deep fry it. |
