Adjust Servings:
12 Samosa Strips
300 gms Minced Chicken or Mutton 
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
2 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
2 Tbsp Chopped Mint leaves
1 Chopped Onion (Medium)
5 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Jeera Powder
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tbsp Homemade Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
3 Tbsp Maida Flour
2 Tsp Coarse Ground Coriander Seed
As per taste Salt

This Chicken and Mutton Kheema Samosa recipe is one of my favourite!! This is a must try recipe for all you meat lovers, so read the steps below and do not forget to tag us on Instagram once you cook it!

Geeting the Kheema Ready

- Heat the pan
- Now add the mince meat, ginger garlic chilly paste, salt and all powder masala except garam masala powder and cook on a low flame till done
- Add the chopped Onions, Garam Masala, Coriander and Mint Leaves and cook for some more time.
- Remove from the flame and let it cool.

Work on Samosa Strips

- Use a little water make a thick paste of 3 tablespoons maida and keep aside.
- Make a cone of each half Samosa Strip and fill with the Kheema
- Then seal the edges with the flour paste.
- Make samosas with the rest of the samosa strips in the same manner.

Frying and Serving Hot!

- Heat oil well and deep fry the samosas till golden brown.
- Serve hot with Phudina Chutney and Lemon.
