Ingredients

To Marinate Tikka
500 grams Boneless Mutton / chicken
1 cup Yogurt
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Green chilly chopped
0.5 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Homemade Tandoori masala
1 tsp Cooking oil
A pinch Color
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
For Paratha
1 cup All purpose flour
As per taste Salt
2 tsp Ghee
For Garnish
Sliced onion
Sliced capsicum
Sliced tomatoes

A Tikka Roll is a street-food dish all over India. In its original form, it is a skewer roasted kebab wrapped in a paratha bread, although over the years many variants have evolved all of which now go under the generic name of kati roll.

For tikka

Place the yogurt in small tea sieve for few hours in refrigerator, to drain the whole water and to thicken it.
Clean the chicken pieces and place in a big bowl.
Add marinating ingredients and diced vegetables in the bowl of chicken and mix very well.
Cover the bowl and keep the marinated chicken in refrigerator for few hours, until sets.

Take a pan heat oil add the marinated chicken cook it completely.
Now take a griller add tikka on it and Grill until golden black.

For Paratha

Make a soft Dough by mixing Maida, salt, water. Keep aside for 15-20 mins and then make paratha as you normally do. Heat up the Frying Pan and Fry half cooked.

For Garnish

Take a Paratha pour the chicken tikka on it now add the sliced veggies and close it with toothpick. Wrap it in foil
