Ingredients

200 grams Chicken
1 Chopped carrot
1 Chopped capsicum
0.25 cup Boiled corn
0. 25 cup Boiled Green peas
0.5 cup Cabbage
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
As per taste Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Butter
12 Bread Slice
For White sauce
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1 cup Milk
0.5 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Green chilly sauce
As per taste Salt

Boil Chicken

Boil chicken with ginger, garlic, green chilly pate and salt. Once boiled shred it and keep aside.

Making White Sauce

In a pan heat butter and add all purpose flour. Mix it properly and cook for 2-3 mins. Now add milk. Pour the milk slowly and keep mixing. Lumps should not form. If lumps are there, blend it with a hand blender. Now add pepper powder, green chilly sauce and salt. Cook for 2 mins. Sauce should not be very thick.

Making Chicken filling

In another pan heat oil and add all the veggies and cook for 2 mins. Now add shredded chicken and salt. Add the white sauce and mix well. Adjust salt and green chilly sauce as per your taste.
Apply butter on bread slices. Now spread this mixture on bread and cover it with another bread.

Toast the Sandwich

Apply butter on the top of the bread.
Heat the toaster and toast the sandwich.
Serve hot.
