12 Boneless Pieces Chicken
8-10 Onion (Small - Cut into Petals)
100 Grams Tomato Ketchup
100 Grams Hot and Sweet Tomato sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tsp soya sauce
1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 Tbsp Corn flour oil Salt Spring onion
Pinch Red color
4 Tbsp Oil
Garnishing Spring Onion

Chicken Shashlik Gravy that we get in restaurants. Its more Indianised version to be honest but let me if you like it!

Quick Steps to Cook

- Boil chicken with salt and water and keep aside.
- In a pan heat oil and fry onion petals till light brown.
- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, hot and sweet tomato sauce, red color, chilly powder and salt. And cook for sometime.
- Make a paste of cornflour with water and add in pan.
- Now add chicken and cook for a while.
- Then add water and vinegar n cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve with parathas.
