0.5 cup Tamarind
0.5 cup Jaggery
0.5 cup Dates
1 tsp Red chilli powder
0.5 tsp Fennel powder
0.5 tsp Cumin powder
0.5 tsp Ginger powder
0.5 tsp Black salt
0.5 tsp Garam masala powder
0.5 tsp Coriander powder
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Oil
0.25 tsp Hing

Sweet Tamarind and Dates chutney recipe for Chaat. Sweet Tangy gooey chutney made with Tamarimd, Dates and Jaggery that is often accompanied with Indian Chaat snacks.

Steps

Heat oil in a pan add hing to it. Pour water in heat it.
Deseed the tamarind and dates if any. Add them to the pot. Add also jaggery.
Boil all the 3 Ingredients until tamarind and dates turned very soft.

Add all powder masala mix all of this and continu to cook further 2-3 minit until the flevor off masala come out.
Cool this mixture completely.

Add the entire mixer to a blender jar and blend until smooth. Place a sieve a colander over a large bowel. Than transfer purred dates tamarind chutney to it pass through. You will gate smooth thick tamarind and Dates chutney.
