Delhi Style Matar Chaat Recipe is a very famous street food from Delhi. It is a semi gravy dish made from dried peas cooked along with well combined spicy yellow gravy. It is usually served by topping up with some chopped raw onions, chopped tomatoes, sev and some chopped coriander leaves.

Soak white peas full night then boil white peas. |

Heat oil put curry leaves then add chana flour. Cook for while. Then green chillie paste cook for while.. Then put Tamarind and Jaggery chutney then Turmeric powder, salt and cook it. Then put boil white peas and cook for 2 min. Off the gas. |

Garnish with coriander leaves , sev, tomotoes and onion chopped. |
