Garlic Dip also know as Thoom in Arabic, is a brilliant dip & goes well with kebabs, wraps, salads & snacks. Easy to prepare & can be stored for a good time.

In a blender add garlic cloves, ice cubes, salt and lemon juice. Blend them together. And as they are still blending slowly pour oil into the blender. Do this slowly and as the oil finishes the garlic dip will fluff up. Remove and serve cold.
