Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
12 Chicken - Small Pieces
4 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
1/2 Tsp Jeera
2 Onion Paste (Big)
2 Tomatos Tomato Puree (Big)
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 Cream Cream
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Ginger paste
1 Tsp Gralic paste
1/2 Tsp Chilly paste
2 tsp Home made Kadhai or Tandoori masala
To Taste Salt
For Tadka
2 Tsp Oil For Tadka
1/2 Capsicum (cut in square pieces) For Tadka
1/2 Small onion petals For Tadka
1/2 Tsp Jeera For Tadka
5-6 Kadi Patta For Tadka
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi For Tadka

Kadhai/Karahi Chicken is one of the popular dishes from North India and has a nice spicy taste to it. Check out the recipe below and how to make it.

Marinating the Chicken

- Marinate Chicken with Ginger, Garlic, Chilly, Paprika, Curd, Malai, Tandoori or Kadhai Masala & Salt.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour

Cooking

- Take pan put oil and Jeera.
- When Jeera crackles, add Onion Paste.
- When it becomes little brown put tomato puree.
- Cook for some time
- Then add marinated Chicken and some water and let it cook for a while.
- When Chicken is tender and gravy becomes thick put tadka.

Final Tadka Before Serving

- Heat oil put all Ingredients
- Cook for a minute and pour it on the gravy.
- Mix it well and garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves.
- Serve with hot Parathas/Phulka
