Directions
Mangalore Biryani is a delicious savory rice dish that’s loaded with spicy marinated muttin /Chicken caramelized onions, and flavorful saffron rice. For my Biryani, I’ve simplified the order of operations, while retaining the traditional layered approach to assembling it.

For Mutton GravyIn a cooker add oil and ghee let them heat and then add onion and fry it till its golden brown. Now add tomotoes and ginger garlic paste, cook it for 2 mins. Add the mutton pieces, salt, turmeric powder and spicy tooth biryani paste. Close the cooker led and cook till 4 whistles or mutton is tender. |
