For Chicken
500 grams Chicken
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Tandoori masala
1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 tbsp Peprika powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
A pinch Red Colour
As per taste Salt
For Gravy
6 cloves Garlic
2 inch Ginger
2 big Onion
2 big Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tandoori masala
1 tbsp Peprika powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
0.5 tbsp Jeera powder
As per taste Salt
12 Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Oil
1 cube Cheese
2 tbsp Curd

Murgh Handi is Pakistani chicken dish packed with flavors.

The gravy or base is made from cashew nuts and yogurt. The onions and tomato paste is cooked well and then the chicken is sauted really well before adding in the cashew nut paste and yogurt.

For Chicken

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients.
Take a cooker add the marinated chicken and little water. Give it 2 whistle.
Keep the water of the chicken aside and Grill the boiled chicken on a griller.
Your Chicken is ready.

For Paste

Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil then add onions pieces, garlic, ginger and tomatoes let it cook till it's t musky. Then add the powder masala in it. Lastly add cashew nuts. Let it cool down then make smooth paste.

For Gravy

Take the same pan add 1 tbsp oil. Add the paste masala and the water of chicken and add curd. Cook it till oil separates erates from edges.
Then add the grilled chicken it the pan. Lastly add 1 cube cheese in it.

Serve

Garnish the chicken with Coriander leaves & Cheese.
Serve hot with Parathas.
