Directions
Murgh Handi is Pakistani chicken dish packed with flavors.
The gravy or base is made from cashew nuts and yogurt. The onions and tomato paste is cooked well and then the chicken is sauted really well before adding in the cashew nut paste and yogurt.

For ChickenMarinate chicken with all the ingredients. |

For PasteTake a pan add 1 tbsp oil then add onions pieces, garlic, ginger and tomatoes let it cook till it's t musky. Then add the powder masala in it. Lastly add cashew nuts. Let it cool down then make smooth paste. |

For GravyTake the same pan add 1 tbsp oil. Add the paste masala and the water of chicken and add curd. Cook it till oil separates erates from edges. |
