Directions
Bhunna means to fry on high flame so when mince meat is fried with spices on high flame, the result is bhunna qeema / keema / kheema. It is a most common mince meat dish cooked in every Indian home.

Wash mince meat and put in a strainer to drain excess water, set aside. |

Take a pan add oil then add onion fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamon fry for few seconds. Add mince mutton now add tomatoes and all the powder masala. Cover a pan and cook on low flame for a while. Burn the excess water. |

Add butter and fry (bhunna) qeema on medium high flame, until oil separates. |
