1kg Mutton with bone
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste

3 tsp Red chilli powder
1 cup Oil
5 tbsp All purpose flour

Chopped chillies
Chopped coriander

Nihari is a deliciously smooth flour based mutton stew of slow cooked in a myriad of spices. Reserved for royal kitchens in the past, nihari masala is a delicacy, now found in many restaurants in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Lucknow.

Heat a cooker add oil add mutton peices fry well. Add ginger garlic paste fry for some time. Add chilly powder nihari masala fry for some time add salt and 3 glass water close the lid. Cook medium flame 5 to 6 whisel or mutton is tander. Cool completely open the lid check mutton.

Dissolve maida flour in water cook for some time gravy became thik garnish with chilly ginger and coriander leaves serve hot with naan or bread.
