3-4 Green chilly slit

1/2 cup Curd

1tsp Crushed coriander seeds

Heat oil in a cooker and put all the garam masalas in it and let them crackle. |

Then add chopped onion and fry till its pink. |

Now add ginger garlic paste & chilly paste and fry for sometime. |

Then add mutton peices and fry till mutton colour changes and add chopped tomatoe n salt mix well and add 1 cup of water. |

Mix properly and close the cooker lid. |

After 4-5 whistle turn off the gas. Mutton should be tender. |

Now pour mutton in a pan and add curd, potatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves and cook for a minute or 2. Add 2 cup water and salt. |

Once water starts boiling add rice. |

Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on high flame. |

Then cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Off the gas and Garnish with coriander leaves n fry onions. |
