700 grams Mutton
400 grams Rice
2 Onion chopped
2 Tomato chopped
3 Potatoes
3 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
3-4 Green chilly slit
1/2 cup Curd
1 cup Oil
1tbsp or as per your taste Green chilli paste
1tbsp Garam masala
1tsp Crushed coriander seeds
3-4 Bay leaves
4 Caradoo
2 sticks Cinnamon
As per taste Salt
Coriander leaves

Heat oil in a cooker and put all the garam masalas in it and let them crackle.

Then add chopped onion and fry till its pink.

Now add ginger garlic paste & chilly paste and fry for sometime.

Then add mutton peices and fry till mutton colour changes and add chopped tomatoe n salt mix well and add 1 cup of water.

Mix properly and close the cooker lid.

After 4-5 whistle turn off the gas. Mutton should be tender.

Now pour mutton in a pan and add curd, potatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves and cook for a minute or 2. Add 2 cup water and salt.

Once water starts boiling add rice.

Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on high flame.

Then cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Off the gas and Garnish with coriander leaves n fry onions.
