Palak gosht’s is very sapid recipe is prepared with meat, spinach, tomato, yogurt and butter etc. It’s served with butter that is enhancing palak gosht more flavorful. Serves with hot chapaties.

Take a blender jug, put ginger garlic and green chillies and make a paste. Now a yogurt and coriander powder and mix it well. Now marinate meat in this batter for 1 hours. |

Now put salt and spinach in a hot boiled water and after 1 - 2 minutes when bubbles starts to come, take it out and dry it and chop it to put it on a side. |

Lower the flame and onion and cook for 15 minutes. After that, add Coriander powder, cumin powder and water. Now put meat with batter and cook till it absorbs all yogurts. Now add tomatoes and cook for few minutes. Now add tomato and cook for few minutes. |

Now add 1 cup water and salt and cover it to simmer on low flame. When meat tender add spinach and cook 4 - 5 minutes. |

Dish it out and garnish it with butter and serve. |
