0.5 cup Water

In India, they are called Sirke Wale Pyaaz and makes for a great accompaniment to any Indian meal. Crunchy, tangy onions dipped in vinegar and salt for a day or two takes the meal with Pickled Onion to a next level.

Done

Take a big bowl add onions, chopped beetroot and green chillies. Now add Vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Mix all of them well. Transfer into a Jar.
Refrigerate it for atleast a day before use.
