500 grams Boneless chicken
2 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
0.5 tbsp Pepper powder
0.5 tbsp Garlic paste
0.5 tbsp Ginger paste
0.5 tbsp Green chilly paste
As per taste Salt
A pinch Colour
2 tbsp Oil
For Gravy
50 ml Oil
2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic chopped
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp Soya sauce
A pinch Red colour
Half Capsicum chopped
0.5 cup Amul cream
2 tbsp Maida
For Rice
2 cups Basmati Rice
1 Star
1 Bay leaf
As per taste Salt

Schezwan Tikka Biryani Recipe is the famous Indo Chinese delicacy of Indian Cuisine. Boneless Chicken is marinated in spicy mix of Yogurt and schezwan sauce , then cooked for making delicious homemade Tikka and finally mixed with schezwan Gravy and Long Grained Basmati Rice.

For Boiling Rice

Boil rice with salt, star,bay leaf, water and drain it.
Now heat oil in a pan add curry leaves then add boiled rice and mix it well. Lastly add zafran milk on it and red colour..
Rice is ready.

For Chicken

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic green chilly paste, curd, schezwan sauce, pepper powder, red colour, salt and oil. Give 2 whistle in cooker. Chicken is ready.

For Gravy

Heat oil add curry leaves then add garlic n green chilli chopped as per taste, fry now then add schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and red colour mix it well.
Then add boiled chicken with masala in it. Add the chopped capsicum..
Lastly add amul fresh cream and maida to the gravy. Cook it till the gravy is thick.

Serving

In a serving plate put rice on one side and schezwan gravy on another side.
Serve hot.
