750 grams Chicken with bone
0.5 cup Oil
2 Cardamom
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Jeera
2 Onion paste
2 Tomato paste
2tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
0.5tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
3 cut in half Potatoes
As per taste Green chilles
As per taste Salt

This is an adaptation of Red chicken curry from India. The aromas and flavors are a delight to the senses! It is best served with fresh Naan bread and  Basmati rice.

Heat oil in the cooker put all garam masalas, when it crackles put onion paste and fry for 3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Now add the chicken and all the powder masalas and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes without water. Now add 1/2cup water n chi over the cooker(dont pressure cook now) n cook for 3-4 minutes till oil separates. Then add 2 cups of water, potatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix properly. Now pressur cook till 1 whistle. Open the cooker lid and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
