2 cups Basmati rice boiled
250 grams Shredded boiled chicken
200 grams Spring onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic chopped
2 Green chillies chopped
4 Whole red chillies
1 tsp Chinese salt
0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
0.25 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Vinegar
0.5 tsp Soya sauce
As per taste Salt
4 tbsp Oil

This Singapori fried rice will easily become one of your go-to dinners! It’s easy, it calls for basic ingredients, it’s hearty and filling and it’s perfectly flavorful.

Heat oil and add white portion of spring onion, red chillies, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, vinegar, soya sauce, chinese salt, salt, pepper powder and little water. Cook it for a while and add boiled chicken and boiled rice. Mix well. Garnish with green portion of spring onion.
