Ingredients

1 cup Boiled sprouted moong
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 Tomato chopped
1/4 Capsicum chopped
1/4 Carrot chopped
1/4 Cabbage chopped
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Pinch Pepper powder
As per taste Salt
As per taste Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tbsp Honey

In a bowl mix moong and all vegetables.

In another bowl whisk olive oil, honey and lemon juice and pour it in moong bowl.
