Ingredients

12 Pieces Chicken Leg Pieces
2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
1.5 Teasppon Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
4-5 Teaspoon Everest Tandoori Masala
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Chat Masala Powder
0.5 Teaspoon Citric Acid/Nimboo Phool
2 Tablespoon Oil

Tandoori Chicken is one of my favourite dishes and I love it extra charred (you can see that in the photo :))

Getting the Meat Ready

Wash the Chicken and leave it to dry.
Make a few cuts across the Chicken Pieces
Mix all the Masala's, Oil and apply it on the chicken and through the cuts to let the masala go in deeper.

Marination

Marinate for atleast 4-5 hours. This is the most important part to have a consistent taste throughout the meat and not just the outsides.
Pro Tip: Marinate over night (you need to keep the meat in the fridge ;))

Barbeque

Barbeque the chicken slowly on the Charcoal BBQ or a Gas Tandoor.
Apply Ghee/Butter during Barbeque so it is nicely barbecued, softer and adds taste.
