1 kg Fish
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
1.5 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
5 tsp Homemade tandoori masala
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Chat masala powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Oil

This Tandoori Fish recipe is made with a thick marination of authentic Indian spices along with yoghurt, and we can bet it tastes super-delicious.

Tandoori fish is best served with green chutney ey or sauce.

Steps

Done

Wash the fish, apply salt and lemon juice keep it for 30 mins. Wash the fish again and drain the water. Make few cuts on the Fish.

Mix all the masala's, oil and apply it on the fish properly.
Marinate for 4-5 hours. Best to marinate over night and putting it in the fridge.

Bbq the Fish on the Charcoal or on Tandoor. .
Serve with green chutney, lemon and onion rings.
