Directions
Mix Vegetable cutlet or Veg cutlet is a crispy and absolutely delicious easy Indian snack recipe of veggies mixture, coconut and spices. Firstly we make the cutlet mixture by combining everything. The veg cutlets are then shaped into patties, coated in maida batter and bread crumbs and then either shallow fried or Deep fried.

BoilingTake a cooker and add potatoes give it 2 whistles. Mash the potatoes. |

Make a pasteTake a grinding jar add Coconut, chillies, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Make a smooth paste. |

MakingTake a big bowl add mashed potatoes, peas,grinded paste and 2 cups bread crumbs, mix it well with the help of spatula. Taste the masala and add spices as per your taste. |
